What we did: Design, website, booking system and admin

Ravenhill Reserve runs Highland cattle picnics just outside Pittsworth, 30 minutes from Toowoomba. We built the website and the booking system behind it to a tight deadline.

What we did

We designed and built the website, which shows the live sessions and prices straight from the booking system.
Visitors pick a date and time, pay in full through Stripe Checkout, and have their spot held for 30 minutes while they do.
Each booking sends a confirmation email with a PDF ticket and a check-in QR code, then a reminder 24 hours before the session.
Gift vouchers are bought online and redeemed against a session of the recipient's choice.
An admin system handles sessions, bookings, amendments and refunds, check-in, add-on forecasts and private-event quotes.
